  •  R-13 Batts in exterior walls and R-38 Blown Insulation in ceiling.

Exterior

  • Brick and 10% stone veneer mix finishes on exterior fronts of all homes, latex paint on exterior wood products.

Walls

  • Stained concrete floors throughout home (color selected by Customer from Builder’s selections)
